OCTOBER 2, 2023 – WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH,, NC – Fishin’ With Special Friends’ 12th Annual Fishin’ With Special Friends Tournament on October 14, 2023 brings together the special needs community for a fun day of fishing and friendship.
This year’s tournament takes place annually on Johnnie Mercers Pier on October 14, 2023 between 9 AM-1 PM. There will be special prizes and pizza for families and volunteers who are participating. We ask volunteers to arrive at 8 AM.
Fishin’ With Special Friends, a national non-profit organization, will supply for the special needs participants of this tournament: rod, reels, pass, bait, bottled water and volunteers to help our “Special Friends” have a day of fun in the sun.
